Can Oxford Street Become a Boulevard for Your Romantic Walks with London Girls?

This Christmas might be the last when traffic is allowed on the part of Oxford Street west of Oxford Circus. Plans are well advanced to transform Britain’s busiest shopping street into a pedestrianised Oxford Street boulevard where not even taxis or buses will be allowed.

This move is expected to drastically reduce pollution and increase safety, and open up all kinds of intriguing possibilities.
